Unopened and unused goods are accepted for refund to the original form of payment or exchange within thirty (30) days of purchase. For online orders, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization number.
All botanicals, such as fresh and dried florals, wreaths and plants, are final sale. Please reference the care card provided with your purchase to ensure proper maintenance of your flowers and plants once they arrive at their new home. For your convenience, we also provide care instructions for several items in our
RAM Floral works hard to ensure we provide you the best product we can, as well as making basic care instructions available to maximize the longevity of your florals. With care, and in the proper conditions, we are confident your florals will last a minimum of three (3) days from delivery. Please reference the care card sent with your delviery for information on how best to keep your flowers looking fresh.
All quality claims must be made within 24 hours of your delivery, and detailed photos emailed to email@example.com, in order to receive a replacement. No replacements will be made after this time frame.

Shoppe Order Cancellations
Fresh Flowers & Houseplants
Cancellations may be made to fresh flower orders must occur within 48 hours of the delivery date.
For any recurring orders including "Weekly Deliveries", you may make a one-time request to skip a delivery week by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org by 11:59pm the Sunday before the delivery is scheduled.
Online Orders (Non-floral, non-plant)
Cancellations may be made if the item has not yet shipped. If item has shipped, you will need to email email@example.com to obtain a return authorization.
